Job Description

TradeGeniuz Capital Private Limited is hiring a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer with strong knowledge of Cinematic Videography, Video Editing, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, and AI Video Generation.

We are looking for someone who can independently plan, shoot, edit, and produce professional-quality content for Instagram, YouTube, personal branding, educational videos, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and shoot cinematic videos with professional framing, composition, lighting, and camera movements.
• Record high-quality talking-head videos, interviews, promotional videos, and educational content.
• Handle DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones, and studio lighting.
• Edit cinematic Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.
• Perform professional colour correction, cinematic colour grading, and sound design.
• Create engaging B-roll footage, smooth transitions, and visual storytelling sequences.
• Design social media posters, YouTube thumbnails, advertisements, and marketing creatives.
• Develop motion graphics, animated titles, and visual effects.
• Generate and integrate AI-powered video content using tools such as Google Flow, Runway, Kling, or similar platforms.
• Manage the complete video production process from concept to final delivery.
• Maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity across all platforms.

Cinematic Videography – Mandatory

• DSLR/mirrorless camera operation
• Cinematic framing and composition
• Professional lighting techniques
• Camera angles, movement, and B-roll shooting
• Exposure, ISO, shutter speed, frame rate, and white balance
• Basic audio recording and microphone setup

Video Editing

• Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut
• Cinematic colour grading
• Sound design and storytelling
• Instagram Reels and YouTube video editing

Graphic Design & Motion Graphics

• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
• Adobe After Effects or equivalent software
• Social media creatives and YouTube thumbnails

AI Video Generation

• Google Flow / Runway / Kling or similar AI video tools
• AI-assisted video production and creative workflows

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Practical knowledge of cinematic videography is essential.
• Must be capable of handling both video shooting and editing.
• Strong creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with emerging creative technologies.
• Portfolio or previous video samples are required.
• Degree or diploma in Multimedia, Visual Communication, Filmmaking, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
