We welcome candidates with excellent English communication skills, a polished personality, and a strong interest in sales and customer service. Candidates should have good product knowledge or a keen willingness to learn about eyewear and optical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable eyeglasses, frames, sunglasses, lenses, and other optical products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend products according to their needs and preferences.
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and available options confidently.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive product displays, store cleanliness, and presentation.
• Handle customer queries professionally and support smooth store operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good product knowledge, or the willingness to develop in-depth knowledge of eyewear and optical products.
• Professional appearance, a well-groomed personality, and a positive attitude.
• Confidence in communicating with customers and handling sales discussions.
• Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and build a career in retail sales.
• Previous experience in retail, eyewear, or customer service will be an advantage.
