Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic interns to join our Presales, Lead Generation and Customer Support teams in the stockbroking industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Presales & Lead Generation

• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, social media and other online platforms.
• Connect with potential customers interested in stock market trading and investments.
• Introduce Tradejini's trading platform and services to prospective clients.
• Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

Customer Support

• Assist customers with their queries through calls, emails and other communication channels.
• Help customers with basic trading platform and account-related queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Provide a good customer experience through timely support and follow-ups.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates from B.Com, BBA, BA or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English communication is essential.
• Basic knowledge or interest in the stock market is an advantage.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn and interested in pursuing a career in the stockbroking and financial services industry.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
