Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Developer Intern to join the Salesforce Development team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in Salesforce application development, customization, integrations, and AppExchange managed packages while working on live projects under the guidance of experienced developers.

• Basic understanding of CI/CD and deployment processes

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components.
• Build custom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex and Scheduled Apex.
• Design and customize user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Assist in integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using REST APIs and other integration methods.
• Support the development, enhancement and maintenance of Salesforce AppExchange Managed Packages.
• Perform Salesforce configuration tasks, including Custom Objects, Fields, Page Layouts, Validation Rules and Flows.
• Write and maintain Apex Test Classes to ensure code quality and deployment readiness.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues.
• Assist with Salesforce version management, deployments and CI/CD activities.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
• Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams on live projects.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of the Salesforce Platform and CRM concepts.
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• Basic knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on real-time Salesforce development projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with REST APIs and web service integrations.
• Basic understanding of Salesforce administration and customization.
• Exposure to Salesforce CLI (SFDX), GitHub or CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with academic or personal Salesforce projects.
