Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI S/4HANA Consultant with strong knowledge of SAP Finance and Accounting processes.

The candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and enhancing SAP FI S/4HANA solutions while using AI-assisted tools and copilots to improve financial process analysis, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting.

The role focuses on delivering reliable SAP Finance solutions, improving productivity through AI tools, and ensuring smooth integration with other SAP modules and external systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

SAP FI Functional & Technical Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance SAP FI components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Tax, and Financial Closing.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into scalable SAP configurations.
• Support end-to-end project activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Integrate SAP FI with other modules such as MM, SD, CO, and AA.
• Work with external systems through standard integration methods and APIs.

AI-Assisted Productivity

• Use AI copilots to prepare functional specifications, validate configurations, generate test scripts, and create documentation.
• Use pre-built AI services such as anomaly detection, forecasting, and intelligent validations to improve finance processes.
• Apply AI tools for financial data analysis, error diagnosis, and issue resolution.
• Use AI-assisted tools for impact analysis, testing, and workflow optimization.

Quality & Collaboration

• Follow SDLC practices, audit controls, finance governance, and data accuracy standards.
• Conduct workshops, solution walkthroughs, testing, and troubleshooting sessions.
• Coordinate with finance users, functional teams, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute reusable templates, checklists, documentation, and AI-assisted development best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

SAP Finance Expertise

• Strong understanding of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
• Knowledge of Universal Journal.
• Experience with Financial Closing and Reporting.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience with Asset Accounting (AA).
• Knowledge of Banking and Cash Management.
• Understanding of Taxation and Compliance.
• Experience integrating SAP FI with CO, MM, and SD.

AI-Assisted Skills

• Hands-on experience using AI copilots and LLM-based assistants.
• Experience with AI-assisted documentation and automated testing tools.
• Understanding of AI concepts, limitations, and responsible AI usage.
• Practical knowledge of pre-built AI services.
• Ability to use AI tools for analysis, validation, test generation, workflow optimization, and troubleshooting.

General Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into SAP Finance solutions.

Good to Have Skills

• Experience with SAP Fiori Finance applications.
• Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Tricentis and SAP CBTA.
• Basic understanding of financial analytics and reporting tools.
