Mandatory Skills & Requirements
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Proficiency in Naukri and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Understanding of SLA and TAT management.
- Good communication and candidate coordination skills.
- Willingness to work from the office in KPHB, Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
- Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and meet assigned SLA, TAT, and hiring targets.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
