About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, visually appealing web and mobile experiences. You will work closely with developers, testers, and product stakeholders to turn requirements into polished, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and translate them into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Design clean, consistent UI screens for web applications and mobile apps (Android and iOS)
• Create and maintain a design system, including components, typography, colors, and spacing guidelines
• Build interactive prototypes to validate ideas before development
• Conduct basic user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs
• Collaborate with MERN and Flutter developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Prepare developer-ready handoff files with assets, specifications, and annotations
• Review the built product and flag UI inconsistencies to the dev and QA teams
• Keep up with current UI/UX trends and best practices

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Figma (Adobe XD or Sketch is a plus)
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and information architecture
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design
• Familiarity with Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
• Good eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to present and explain design decisions clearly
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with micro-interactions and simple animations
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, or SaaS products

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• A portfolio showcasing 3 or more web or mobile design projects is mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
