Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator with around 5 years of experience in managing and maintaining company IT infrastructure, desktop systems, laptops, and related hardware and software. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, installing, and configuring operating systems and applications, performing system upgrades, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT equipment across the organization.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills, a hands-on approach to IT support, and the ability to provide timely technical assistance to employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Around 2 to 4 years of experience in System Administration, Desktop Support, IT Support, or IT Infrastructure Support.
• Strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, software installation, patching, and upgrades.
• Experience with hardware diagnostics, system formatting, imaging, and device configuration.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, and antivirus tools.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and employee support skills.
• Ability to manage multiple IT support requests and prioritize issues effectively.
