Role & responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue accounts through outbound calls.
• Remind customers about pending payments and due dates.
• Follow up on delinquent accounts to recover outstanding balances.
• Negotiate repayment schedules and settlement options within approved guidelines.
• Update customer payment information and collection status in the system.
• Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues and payment processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
• Escalate difficult cases or disputes to supervisors when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable collection regulations and company policies.
