Consultant Design Menswear (1 Year Contract)

Key Responsibilities

Lead design, development, and management of Menswear labels while ensuring alignment with the brand DNA and global design standards.

Develop product ranges across multiple categories including:

Workwear Casualwear Denim & Non-Denim Lifestyle Activewear / Athleisure Build seasonal concepts, product stories, and competitive collections based on consumer insights, market trends, and brand strategy.

• Lead and mentor a team of designers while collaborating effectively with Category, Sourcing, Merchandising, and Cross-functional teams.
• Drive the complete design lifecycle from concept to consumer, including:
• Trend analysis & forecasting Seasonal concepts Range planning Tech packs Sampling & fittings New product development GTM presentations

Essential Competencies

Experience in managing and leading design teams Strong exposure to end-to-end design processes and new brand creation Strategic thinking with strong stakeholder management skills Proficiency in design software and tools Working knowledge of CLO 3D and AI-enabled design tools Strong understanding of Menswear Denim and Athleisure categories If this opportunity aligns with your experience and aspirations, we'd love to hear from you!
