Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable activities and ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and customers.
• Conduct regular payment follow-ups through calls, emails, and meetings to minimize outstanding receivables.
• Prepare and maintain ageing reports, collection trackers, and other MIS reports.
• Analyze receivable data and provide accurate reports using advanced Excel functions.
• Coordinate closely with the Sales team to resolve payment-related issues and ensure smooth collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and address any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor overdue accounts and escalate critical cases to management when required.
• Support the Finance team in maintaining accurate records of collections and outstanding payments.
• Accompany Sales team members for customer/distributor visits whenever required to facilitate collections and account discussions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 34 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collection Management.
• Strong experience in distributor payment follow-ups and collection management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and report generation.
• Experience in preparing and analyzing ageing reports.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel along with the Sales team as and when required.
• Male candidates preferred.
