Reporting To: Head of Marketing

Were looking for a strong Content Writer / Senior Content Writer who can write content that feels natural, engaging, and performance-driven.

What were looking for

• - 3-5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or creative writing
• - Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience writing scripts for influencers, creators, or UGC content
• - Strong understanding of performance marketing scripts, especially for Meta Ads
• - Experience writing Instagram Reels, short-form videos, UGC ads, influencer integrations, and conversion-focused creatives

- Strong command over English and Hinglish

• - Good understanding of hooks, storytelling, consumer psychology, retention, CTAs, and creative angles
• - Ability to adapt scripts according to different influencers, audiences, and campaign objectives
• - Ability to create multiple creative angles for the same product without making the content repetitive or overly salesy.

Key Responsibilities

• - Write influencer, UGC, Reel, and performance marketing scripts
• - Develop strong hooks, storylines, product integrations, and CTAs
• - Collaborate with Influencer Marketing, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams
• - Optimize scripts based on creative performance and campaign learnings
• - Research influencer profiles and adapt scripts to match their personality and audience
• - Create multiple script variations for testing different hooks, angles, and messaging
• Experience with D2C, beauty, skincare, personal care, FMCG, influencer marketing agencies, or performance marketing agencies will be an added advantage.
• Portfolio is mandatory. Candidates should be able to share relevant influencer scripts, UGC scripts, Reels, or performance marketing creatives.
