- Maintain basic knowledge of NSDL and UAN/EPFO portals.
- Perform operational activities using SAP and ensure accurate data processing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth process execution.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve operational issues.
