Job Description IT SYSTEM ADMIN | SOC Analyst

Experience: 03 Years (Freshers can also apply) Salary: 3.8 LPA – 5 LPA Job Locations: Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Hyderabad

T Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, email, and internet connectivity issues.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Linux, and shared drives.
• Perform software installation, configuration, updates, antivirus checks, and data backups.
• Handle user accounts, password resets, permissions, and Active Directory.

Network Administration

• Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, VPN, and network infrastructure.
• Configure Cisco routers, switches, WLANs, and VLANs.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues.
• Work with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, NAT, OSPF, and BGP.
• Implement basic network security measures, ACLs, and access controls.

SOC & Cybersecurity Support

• Monitor, detect, and report potential security threats and suspicious activities.
• Review security alerts, system logs, and network activities.
• Support vulnerability assessments and threat-hunting activities.
• Identify system misconfigurations and assist with security patch management.
• Support security audits, antivirus monitoring, and data protection activities.

IT Service Management & Administration

• Handle daily ITSM activities, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
• Manage and resolve end-user support tickets using Service Now or other ticketing tools.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware records.
• Perform daily backups, data restoration, and disaster recovery support.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT repairs, AMC, and technical support.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base records.

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Tech /B.E graduates with relevant technical knowledge.
• 0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Networking, or SOC Operations.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work in a team environment.
