About this internship
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats.
- Attend incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls.
- Follow up with customers after refund.
- Record and document every customer call and conversation.
- Keep Google Sheets updated accurately and regularly.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Freshers/students are welcome to apply.
- Tamil Telugu Malayalam language if comes.
- Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
