Role & responsibilities

Develop embedded software for household appliances.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including Requirements, Design, Coding, and Testing.
Develop and execute unit and functional tests.
Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and solution reviews.
Provide technical proposals and project estimations.
Participate in customer discussions and technical interactions.
Collaborate with international partners and engineering teams to define technical requirements and architecture.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team competencies.

Preferred candidate profile

Embedded Linux development.
Yocto Project build system and customization.
Linux BSP modification and board bring-up.
Linux Device Tree development.
Linux device driver integration.
U-Boot customization and debugging.
Linux display and touch subsystem knowledge.
Embedded Linux performance benchmarking.
Embedded C programming.
MCU firmware development.
Experience with Zephyr and FreeRTOS.
Communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, BLE, Wi-Fi, NFC, and USB.
Display technologies: LVGL and Qt.
Touch controller interfacing.

Debugging Skills

Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Multimeter, UART logs, and JTAG/SWD debuggers.
Kernel-level debugging.
BSP and board bring-up debugging.
Driver-level debugging.
Troubleshooting communication failures, timing issues, and power-related problems.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with ARM-based SoCs or Cortex-M MCUs (NXP, TI, Renesas, ST).
Understanding of boot sequence and memory layout.
Familiarity with kernel logs, boot logs, and low-level debugging.
Knowledge of power optimization techniques in embedded systems.

Required Professional Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
Strong customer interaction and collaboration skills.
