About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Tester (Fresher) to join our technical team. You will test our software applications, identify bugs, verify functionality, and help ensure the quality and reliability of our products, particularly in the Telecom and Cloud Communication industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of web applications, software platforms, and dashboards.
• Understand project requirements and prepare test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, report, and track bugs, errors, and software issues.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
• Verify application functionality across different browsers and devices.
• Test user registration, login, payment workflows, dashboards, and other features.
• Work closely with developers to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test results, and bug reports.
• Ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment.
• Learn and perform API testing and basic database testing.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing and SDLC/STLC.
• Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and bug life cycle.
• Basic knowledge of web applications and browser testing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification

B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, IT), BCA / MCA, B.Sc / M.Sc (Computer Science or IT), or any relevant technical qualification.

Experience

Freshers are welcome (0-1 year of experience in Software Testing or QA). Candidates with academic projects or internship experience in software testing will be preferred.
