About Position

We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our dynamic team focused on developing and maintaining applications for Care Transitions platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application development using .NET technologies and a passion for creating scalable, efficient solutions in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET and Angular for Care Transitions platforms (nhAccess, nhCoordinate, OCM).
• Work independently on assigned features/modules and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate with product, business, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and defect resolution to maintain high-quality standards.
• Support deployment and ensure production stability in Azure environments.

Mandatory Skills

• 4?7 years of experience in enterprise application development using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Web API, microservices).
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular (v12+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Experience with SQL Server and Entity Framework (basic to intermediate level).
• Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and scalable system design.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure Cloud services and DevOps practices.
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka) and workflow tools (Camunda or similar).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (Docker).
• Exposure to AI/LLM integrations and AI-enabled application development.

Expertise You'll Bring

• Experience in enterprise application development and distributed systems.
• Healthcare or insurance domain exposure is an added advantage.
• All contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise-approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities, including:
• + Consistent Use: Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterprise.

+ Applied Productivity: Leverage AI tools to enhance coding, documentation, data analysis, and decision-making workflows.

+ Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features, and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocity.

• Experience working on Care Transitions applications such as nhAccess, nhCoordinate, and OCM will be helpful.
