Role & responsibilities

My Technical Jobs is looking for experienced freelance recruiters to source and place IT and engineering professionals according to client hiring requirements. This opportunity suits recruiters who can independently manage recruitment assignments and earn through successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements, including technical skills, experience, salary budget, and joining timelines.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates for relevant experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and interest.
• Submit shortlisted profiles with accurate candidate summaries.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Support offer discussions, joining coordination, and follow-up after joining.
• Maintain recruitment records and handle candidate and client information confidentially.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience involving hiring for external client companies.
• Experience sourcing and submitting candidates against client requirements is mandatory. Internal company hiring experience alone does not meet this requirement.
• Recruitment experience in IT and/or engineering roles.
• Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant profiles.
• Good communication, candidate assessment, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage recruitment assignments remotely.

Commission and Earnings

• This is a freelance opportunity with no fixed salary.
• Commission will be approximately 15% - 20% of the recruitment fee earned by the company for each successful candidate placement.
• The applicable percentage, calculation basis, and payment conditions will be agreed upon before starting each assignment.
• Potential monthly earnings are 25,000 - 60,000, depending on successful placements and the recruitment fees involved.
