Roles & Responsibilities Graphic Designer

• Design creative and engaging posters, banners, brochures, flyers, standees and other promotional materials.
• Develop social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and digital advertising campaigns.
• Create marketing and branding materials for G-TEC Education, JK Shah Classes, LumiLearn and other associated educational verticals.
• Design promotional content for courses, admissions, workshops, seminars and institutional events.
• Edit promotional videos, Instagram reels and short-form video content.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop campaign-specific creatives.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, typography, colour schemes and design standards across all platforms.
• Prepare print-ready artwork for banners, brochures, signage and other marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design requirements, prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends, creative tools and social media content formats.
• UI/UX design knowledge will be an added advantage, including designing website layouts, landing pages, mobile application interfaces and wireframes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW and Canva.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts and visual branding.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
• Creativity, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience designing social media creatives and marketing materials.
• Preferred: Knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, UI/UX design principles, wireframing and prototyping.

• Experience: 2-4 years preferred.
• Location: Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
• Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office.
