About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can develop high-quality social media creatives, engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and digital marketing designs.

The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, creative thinking and hands-on experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro.

The candidate should be able to independently convert content ideas into visually attractive designs and videos that improve audience engagement and brand visibility.

1. Graphic Design & Social Media Creatives

• Design engaging creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Create social media posts, carousels, banners, infographics, thumbnails and promotional designs.
• Develop high-quality creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design website banners, landing page graphics, email marketing creatives and promotional materials.
• Maintain consistent branding, typography, colour schemes and visual identity.

2. Video Editing & Reels Creation

• Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos and educational content.
• Add professional transitions, motion graphics, animations, subtitles, background music and sound effects.
• Convert scripts and content ideas into engaging short-form videos.
• Create trending reel formats and visually appealing video content.
• Perform basic colour correction, audio editing and video enhancement.

3. Creative Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to develop creative concepts.
• Research trending designs, reel formats and social media content styles.
• Generate fresh visual ideas for marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Manage multiple design and video editing assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure high-quality creative output across all digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong working knowledge of CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Experience designing social media posts, carousels, advertisements and promotional creatives.
• Hands-on experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form videos.
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, colour combinations and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, subtitles and basic audio editing.
• Familiarity with Canva and AI-powered creative tools will be an advantage.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in digital marketing agencies, creative studios, media companies, fintech or financial services.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic designs, social media creatives and video editing projects.
• Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement and digital advertising.
• Ability to independently handle both graphic design and video editing tasks.
• Basic financial market knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
