Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT, Non-IT, and Engineering roles
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
• Post jobs and maintain candidate database
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups
• Assist in offer rollout and onboarding process
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Support bulk/volume hiring requirements
• Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of domestic recruitment (India market)
• Exposure to IT or Non-IT hiring (Engineering hiring is a plus)
• Knowledge of job portals & sourcing techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
