Job Description
CoCrew Consulting is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Mohali.
Candidates with prior experience in HR consultancies or recruitment agencies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple client requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Follow up with candidates until successful joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide daily hiring updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Prior experience in an HR consultancy or recruitment agency preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and meet hiring deadlines.
