Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage internal recruitment activities and support the organization's talent acquisition needs. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for various internal positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring across various departments.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities with the HR team.
• Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and offer acceptance rate.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
