Job Details

• Location: Remote (Work From Home)
• Duration: 6 Months
• Working Hours: 7 - 8 Hours/Day | Day Shift
• Education: Undergraduate / Graduate Preference: Female candidates; MBA freshers are encouraged to apply Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Certificate: Certificate of Completion

Compensation

• No fixed salary or monthly stipend.
• Incentives based on successful recruitment closures, as per company payout terms.
• Earnings depend on successful placements and applicable incentive rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Call and screen candidates for various job openings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Explain job opportunities and eligibility criteria to candidates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Support bulk hiring and recruitment operations.

Performance Expectations

• Target of 3540 successful hires during the internship.
• Performance evaluation based on successful hires, sourcing effectiveness, and team contributions.

Requirements

• Freshers interested in HR, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition.
• Female candidates preferred.
• MBA freshers with an interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn.

Location Preference

Candidates from South Indian states are not eligible to apply.
