Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Python Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students, professionals, or corporate teams. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming and teaching skills to make complex concepts simple and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and structured Python training sessions offline.
• Design, develop, and update training materials, curriculum, assignments, and assessments.
• Teach core Python programming concepts including data types, loops, functions, OOPs, file handling, exceptions, and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, etc.
• Guide learners through hands-on projects and real-world problem-solving exercises.
• Evaluate student performance, provide feedback, and mentor learners.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in Python and integrate them into training.
• Conduct coding tests, mock interviews, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Python Developer or Trainer (1+ years preferred).
• Proficient in Python, with good understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.).
• Familiarity with Django/Flask, web development, or data science is a plus.
• Experience in curriculum development and training delivery.
• Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Python certifications (e.g., PCEP, PCAP, etc.)
• Experience in offline teaching.
• Knowledge of data science, machine learning, or automation scripting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
