QA Engineer

About this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Software Tester / QA Engineer who is passionate about software quality and testing. Freshers with a basic understanding of software testing concepts, as well as candidates with up to 1.5 years of experience, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, and basic integration testing.
• Identify, document, and report software defects.
• Retest issues after fixes and verify expected results.
• Maintain testing documents and reports.
• Work closely with developers and team members to ensure software quality.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with testing, documentation, and improving productivity.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, or PHP.
• Interest in automation testing and AI-assisted testing tools.
• Internship, academic projects, certification, or up to 1.5 years of relevant experience in Software Testing is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
