Job Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements, software specifications, and application functionality.
• Perform manual testing of websites, web applications, and software products.
• Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, errors, and software defects.
• Perform functional, regression, smoke, and retesting activities.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure the application works as expected.
• Maintain proper documentation of test cases, test reports, and bug reports.
• Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve software issues.
• Participate in requirement analysis and software quality improvement discussions.
• Ensure the quality, functionality, and reliability of applications before deployment.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA concepts.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies.
• Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
• Basic knowledge of test case and test scenario preparation.
• Knowledge of bug reporting and defect life cycle.
• Familiarity with Jira or any bug-tracking tool is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of web applications and databases (SQL) is a plus.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates pursuing or having completed B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), or any relevant IT qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates interested in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Basic knowledge of computer programming or software development is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
