Job Description

We are looking for a sales oriented candidate with experience in the travel industry. The candidate should be comfortable understanding customer requirements, preparing travel quotations and converting enquiries into bookings

.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holidays.
• Understand clients travel requirements and suggest suitable packages and itineraries.
• Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
• Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs and other travel partners.
• Maintain client details, enquiry records and follow-up updates.
• Prepare presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint.
• Use MS Excel for basic data management.
• Provide professional support to clients before and during their travel.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge of travel packages, destinations and tour planning.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations and itineraries.
• Good communication, sales and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to achieve sales targets.
• Graduate candidates with relevant travel-industry experience may apply.
