About the Role

Are you a visual storyteller who knows what makes people stop scrolling? We are looking for a super-creative Graphic & Video Editor to join our team! If you love turning raw footage into viral Reels/Shorts and designing eye-catching posters that hook audiences instantly, this role is for you.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Creative Video Editing: Edit high-engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, product promos, and ad clips with smooth transitions, sound effects, text animations, and color grading.
• Eye-Catching Graphic Design: Design stunning social media posters, ad banners, thumbnails, and marketing creatives that boost brand visibility.
• Trend Spotting: Stay updated on trending audio, viral video formats, and modern design styles across Meta (Instagram/Facebook) & YouTube.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm visual concepts and turn scripts into high-converting videos.
• Timely Delivery: Manage editing timelines and consistently deliver high-quality outputs.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Skills)

• Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop (Canva / Illustrator / CapCut expertise is a plus).
• Social Media Native: Deep understanding of video aspect ratios, pacing, typography, and visual engagement tricks.
• Portfolio is Must: A strong collection of previous work (Reels, posters, promo videos, or demo reel).
• Creative Eye: Great sense of audio-video timing, color harmony, and visual aesthetics.

* Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Freshers with an exceptional portfolio are highly encouraged to apply!).
