About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR - Executive to support key HR operations and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of HR experience and will be responsible for payroll support, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and offboarding activities while ensuring a positive employee experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support monthly payroll processing and resolve employee payroll queries.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and employee communication.
• Coordinate employee engagement programs, events, and initiatives to enhance employee experience.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy.
• Assist employees with HR-related queries and provide timely support.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
• Support HR operations and various people-related initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, payroll, onboarding, or employee engagement.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with professionalism.
