• About the Role

Swaparichay Studios Private Limited is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Web Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and experience delivering scalable, responsive, and user-friendly web solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, implement effective solutions, maintain code quality, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Key Responsibilities
• Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant technologies.
• Front-End Development: Build interactive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Back-End Development: Work with server-side technologies, databases, and APIs to develop and maintain web application functionality.
• Responsive Design: Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and consistent user experience.
• Performance Optimization: Improve website speed, scalability, security, and overall performance.
• API Integration: Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services as required.
• Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code while following industry best practices.
• Testing and Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Version Control: Use Git and collaborative development workflows to manage source code.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects according to requirements and deadlines.
• Code Reviews: Review code, suggest improvements, and maintain development standards.
• Technical Leadership: Guide junior developers, share technical knowledge, and support the team in resolving complex development challenges.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation, project records, and development guidelines.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional experience in web development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework, such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Working knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or other relevant frameworks.
• Experience working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, third-party integrations, and authentication mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of website security, performance optimization, and SEO-friendly development practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and meet project deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience developing and maintaining production-level websites and web applications.
