- SQL and relational databases: Ability to query relational databases, join tables, analyze records, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
- Excel: Strong working knowledge of formulas, PivotTables, lookups, filtering, data cleaning, and reconciliation.
- Software testing: Practical knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, test cases, defect reporting, and UAT.
- Troubleshooting: Ability to investigate issues systematically and distinguish data, configuration, process, and software defects.
- Scripting: Ability to execute and troubleshoot existing scripts and understand basic scripting concepts. Python, Java, or shell scripting experience is an advantage.
- Business analysis: Ability to gather requirements, document workflows, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
- AI tools: Practical ability to use approved AI tools to improve productivity, with independent verification of generated results.
- Documentation: Ability to maintain accurate technical notes, test evidence, process documentation, and issue records.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
